With over 20 years of coaching experience, Mr. Blake brings elite athletic leadership to our programs. He has served as Head Coach for NCAA SFU and BC Provincial teams, and Assistant Coach at NCAA institutions including Idaho State University, UC Irvine, UVic, and Peninsula College. He specializes in developing young athletes and fostering teamwork, discipline, and leadership skills.

Mr. Noble is an experienced teacher and educator who brings passion and expertise to program coordination. His hands-on approach ensures students receive personalized attention and support throughout their learning journey. With a dedication to creating engaging experiences, he works closely with students and staff to maintain the high-quality, immersive environment that defines our programs.

As a co-founder of Lumen Education, Mr Xiao brings a blend of computer science and business expertise to educational program design. With a Master's degree from UBC Sauder, he specializes in creating innovative learning experiences that bridge tech knowledge with entrepreneurial thinking. His vision combines academic rigor with practical education that prepares students for global opportunities.

As a co-founder and the company director, Ms. Wang brings extensive education experience from elite high schools in both China and Canada. Her deep understanding of cross-cultural education and proven leadership in academic excellence shape our program's pedagogical approach. She ensures our students receive world-class instruction while navigating international learning environments with confidence and cultural competence.

As a co-founder and director of Lumen Education, Ms. Chen devoted over 30 years into international education. She has worked with students and schools from more than 20 countries. Her extensive experience spans student career development and building partnerships for academic institutions across multiple continents. She brings unparalleled expertise in cross-cultural program coordination, ensuring seamless operations and meaningful educational experiences.
